BHP has extensive CCTV systems across many mine sites throughout Queensland which are critical to monitoring sites and to enabling proactive decision-making.
Seamless integration solutions
Calibre QuadR worked with BHP to integrate all sites to a centralised Integrated Remote Operating Centre (IROC) to deliver improved security, safety and operational outcomes.
This required an initial audit of all sites to detail and design solutions that could integrate with the existing mismatched systems and cameras.
An ICT network design was key to the success of the project to meet availability, resilience and video data transmission volume needs across all sites throughout Queensland.
