This major project, situated in Homebush south of Sydney Olympic Park, involved the addition of approximately 13,500m2 retail area and 1,100 car-parking spaces to the existing major retail centre to accommodate the Direct Factory Outlet.
Project highlights
- Converted existing level one slab into carpark
- Increased retail space by constructing new level two slab between existing level one and level three slabs using the existing structure to support the new slab
- New in-grade loading dock
- New five-level open deck car park and two new levels over the existing car park
- Post-tension structure
