The Stage 2 expansion project aimed to increase the throughput capacity to 50Mtpa at the Christmas Creek site. Calibre QuadR was engaged as Engineering Design consultant to provide detailed design, construction and project engineering support.
Our team provided ongoing commissioning and ramp up support for Ore Processing Facility 2. Deliverables included:
- Stockyard upgrade
- Roads, drainage and earth pads
- Airstrip - concept, detailed civil & lighting design and contract management
- Camps, buildings and facilities
- Power and communications
- Water and fuel, and
- Provision of personnel into client management team
