Peter Massey
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer / Acting Executive General Manager - Diona
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the operations, maintenance and infrastructure services industry across multiple sectors and geographies including oil and gas, mining and power, property, utilities, facilities management, telecommunications, defence and infrastructure. He has been with Calibre for four years and previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Read More
Prior to joining Calibre Peter was with Transfield Services in the roles of Executive Finance Officer - Sydney (2013), Executive VP Finance & CFO - Americas (2010-2013) and CFO - FT Services Canada (2006-2010). In addition Peter held various other key finance and accounting roles within Transfield Services.
Peter holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore, a BComm (Economics/Finance) from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).

Julie Stanley
Executive General Manager – Professional Services
Julie has a wealth of national and international experience in leading successful business outcomes across engineering and major infrastructure service sectors. In her role of EGM – Professional Services (AU), Julie will work with Calibre's Built Environment and MinTech businesses to lead and drive business initiatives, whilst also working closely with the Board and Executive Committee to ensure the overall vision and strategic direction of the business is successful. Julie spent the early part of her career in Traffic and Transport Planning, before moving on to roles in Operations, Project Management, Commercial Management, Risk Management and Corporate Governance. Along with her experience in her technical discipline, Julie has worked in markets including Water and Environment, Infrastructure, Defence, Built Environment, Energy and Resources.
Julie’s breadth of experience provides deep insight into complex environments across multiple geographies, coupled with her skill in client strategy, driving growth, operational efficiency and enhancing cash flow and profitability.
Julie is a keen advocate for, and driver of diversity and inclusion and a vocal supporter of mental health initiatives.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys keeping active through cycling and running, relentlessly trying to master the art of kite surfing and catching up with friends for some good food, wine and laughter.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family in Sydney and planning her next trip home to the Caribbean where she grew up and where the remainder of her family still reside.

Haley Lee
Executive General Manager - People & Communications
Haley Lee is an accomplished professional with over 17 years’ experience and exposure across multiple industries. She leads a team of HR professionals that manage 1500+ staff across 25 offices and 2 countries (Australia and New Zealand), developing strategies for short and long term business growth. The team is responsible for ensuring that Calibre’s full suite of HR services, policies and programs are aligned to the Corporate Strategy and thus, maximizing Calibre’s ability to attract, retain, develop and manage its most important asset – its people. Haley believes that “an engaged, empowered and enabled workforce which is comprised of the diversity that exists in our communities is key to a company’s success” – a business practice and belief that is aligned with Calibre’s own, 'Turning Knowledge into Value'.
With involvement at National level, Haley is also a member of an executive peer group within the Male Champions of Change Institute (MCC) – a coalition focused on gender equality and achievement of change across the public and private sectors. The MCC is committed to improving diversity, gender balance and indigenous participation in the workplace.
Haley has a passion for art, photography, and music, and enjoys spending weekends with her children exploring the cultural reaches of Brisbane.
Haley holds post graduate qualifications in leadership and organizational change with RMIT, is a member of the AHRI, and is currently studying a Masters of Business Administration at Deakin University.

Bruce Vincent
Executive General Manager - New Zealand & South Pacific
Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to support the growth and direction of Calibre. Bruce brings over 15 years of consultancy experience complemented by 30 years of industry experience in delivery services to predominantly local government clients across New Zealand. Bruce’s approach centres on building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients as well as the development and well-being of our people.

Mark Stumer
Executive General Manager - Health Safety Environment Community Quality
Mark brings a wealth of experience having spent his career in senior health and safety roles for large multinational businesses. As leader of the HSECQ function across Calibre and Diona businesses, Mark is responsible for delivering a HSECQ Strategy which creates a safe working environment for all Calibre Diona employees. Mark's aim is to standardise HSECQ practices across the business, and will also lead the implementation of a new HSECQ system which will be the cornerstone in reporting, evaluating, measuring and improving Health, Safety, Environment, Community and Quality. In his professional and personal experience, engagement and collaboration has been central to Mark's delivery of sustainable outcomes on a continued basis.
He is passionate about positively influencing operational executives to assist in implementing safety initiatives, and strongly believes that by focussing on appropriate inputs, long term safety outcomes improve.
An extensive traveller, Mark ensures that goals are achieved and the business needs are met through a demonstrated record of implementing systems and processes across multiple industries and geographically diverse businesses.
Mark uses his valuable insight into people management whilst coaching sporting teams to a state level and continues to apply learnings in his professional life.
In his spare time, Mark is an avid follower of nearly all sports and a self-confessed “sports nuffy” – mainly watching these days. He enjoys cycling, playing golf, reading non-fiction books including biographies of high achievers, and enjoys socialising with friends who share an interest and investment in thoroughbred race horses.

Rhonda McSweeney
Executive General Manager - Construction & Maintenance
Rhonda is a highly regarded senior executive with over 20 years' experience working across a diverse range of industry sectors including energy, resources, oil, gas, telecommunications and more. Resourceful and innovative, Rhonda has a proven ability to lead teams to achieve their strategic objectives with a focus on driving capital and operational results and returns. Read More
Prior to joining Calibre Diona, Rhonda was General Manager, Commercial Operations for nbn where she led a team to drive commercial performance for National Field Operations, Network Engineering & Operations Divisions. In addition to her current role, Rhonda is also an Independent Director and Board Member of Paddle Queensland and Chairperson of the Asia Pacific CPO Advisory Board.
As Executive General Manager – Construction & Maintenance, Rhonda will work closely with the Board and Executive to build and grow a sustainable and diversified construction and maintenance business and drive closer alignment of Calibre and Diona, with an emphasis on delivery of renewables and geothermal services.

Nick Sutherland
Group Chief Financial Officer
Nick has over 20 years experience in a wide range of financial roles for leading Australian corporates including Westfield Group, Origin Energy Limited, CSR Limited and international financial services firm UBS. He joins Calibre Diona after nearly 10 years at Broadspectrum where he was CFO. At Calibre Diona, Nick leads the Group Finance and Digital & Technology teams and is a key member of the business’ Group Executive.

Tara Dennis
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Tara joined Calibre in 2012 and is a senior corporate lawyer specialising in the mining, engineering and construction industries. Tara was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary in March 2016 and has responsibility for Calibre’s legal function and company secretariat. Read More
Prior to joining Calibre, Tara was a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, where she specialised in litigation in the construction and resources industries. Tara has extensive experience across corporate and compliance matters and brings a strong commercial focus to the role.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and is admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor.
