Parents & Carers forums: Supporting the wellbeing of our people

We were very pleased to welcome our charity partner batyr to host Parents & Carers forums for our people in our Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast offices.

These forums were the first in a series being rolled out across our offices in Australia, as another way for us to support mental health and wellbeing in our business.

Mark Wyer (Urban Development Leader - Brisbane) said: “Mental wellbeing is a priority for our business as is reducing the stigma associated with ill mental health. Many of us spend a considerable amount of time at work so at Calibre, we want to provide a supportive working environment where our people feel they can speak up and get the help they need for themselves and their families.
