Calibre's Graduate Challenge 2022 Winners

Congratulations to our current cohort of graduates who recently shared their presentations with the executive panel during our annual challenge.

We asked one of the winning team members, Mattheu Pong to share his thoughts on the program: “From our initial analyses we knew we had a great idea to enhance operations within our business and the industry. Our team’s clear communication style and united approach were key to balancing our work commitments and delivering our product. We are very proud of what we have produced. Given the impressive ideas and presentations of the other teams, we are over the moon with the outcome and hope to see our idea really benefit the business moving forward.”

Our winners are off to Lady Elliot Island on a reef immersion program to help conserve its ecosystems for future generations. We can’t wait to share their insights!
