Calibre's Graduate Innovation Program

The Innovation Challenge encourages Graduates to come up with game changing ideas, collaborate with Graduates from all over Calibre, whilst receiving expert advice and mentoring along the way. At the end of the challenge, teams will pitch their ideas to an expert panel and be in the ​​​​​​​running for a great prize.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Innovation Challenge asks our graduates to consider key problems and concerns facing our business with a strategic mindset. It encourages them to unlock their innovative potential by formulating applicable solutions to genuine issues and asking them to pitch their concept at the executive level.
