Like many students nearing the end of their degree, Russell Tsingano felt uncertain about the future. He was primed for a career in engineering but fascinated with the psychology of leadership. Then, an opportunity at Calibre changed everything. Since joining us as a Graduate Engineer, Russell has discovered engineering streams and roles he never knew existed. And in the Mining and Minerals space, he’s supported to learn, grow, and succeed while honing his valuable people skills.
