Life at Calibre is inspiring and our people are always working on ways to improve the Calibre lifestyle! Whether it be participating in a local community or sporting event as a team, looking at ways to improve our diversity and inclusion, or working closely with your manager on creating exciting and challenging opportunities to point your career in the direction you want – Calibre has it all!

Wellbeing is something we take seriously at Calibre. From yoga sessions, fruit deliveries, group participation in triathlons, organised soccer competitions, lending an open ear, or providing the flexibility and support to achieve your own work-life balance, we look to promote your physical and mental wellbeing in a variety of ways. When help is needed, our free Employee Assistance Program offers a confidential, independent and professional support service to all employees and their families.

Looking out for our communities

We understand that wellbeing extends beyond ourselves to the broader communities in which we live and work. Across the Calibre businesses, we are involved in supporting our communities, through sponsorship, fundraising, volunteer efforts, and our direct project work.

We support our charity partners by participating in family fun days, community and social events. Our dedicated teams raise funds to support awareness and understanding of mental health, and help create positive change by participating in Darkness into Light and other community events for batyr, and through supporting the work of the Sir John Kirwan Foundation in providing mental health education programs at schools throughout New Zealand.

Calibre also support the excellent work of charity WaterAid Australia with international projects that enable the world's poorest people to gain access to clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.
