Quarterly Values Awards

Our quarterly awards program rewards people for exemplifying what Our Values represent. Peers make nominations and our Executive Team selects eight winners (two per category). Each receives a $500 voucher.

Annual Values Awards

At the close of each year, our Executive Team reviews our quarterly winners and why they were nominated to collectively select four annual award winners – one for each Value. Each walks away with a $2,000 voucher.

Annual Thrive Awards

Our Thrive Awards celebrate our project of the year and our individual of the year. Winners are selected for consistently embodying everything our four values represent. Each receives a $2,500 voucher!

I was really surprised to receive the 'Thrive Individual of the Year' award. I was humbled to even be nominated and it was a huge honour to win. It's also a credit to all of my team, without whom, I wouldn’t be able to do my part.

Everyone on the Argyle Diamond Mine Closure team has a unique way of working yet they all work together like a fully synchronised orchestra. The team’s innovation is driven by building on and challenging ideas which has resulted in cost savings and value optimisations. Their values-led behaviours have cultivated a fantastic relationship with our client.

The 'We do what we say' award is the one I value most as it speaks to delivery and commitment and taking your contribution seriously. It has pride of place on my desk in the Gold Coast office. I see it every day and it is a healthy reminder to always live up to that honour.

Being recognised as a team for reflecting the value ‘We Succeed Together’ encourages me to continue to build relationships – the core of any successful team. I feel proud that our team allows for the free flow of information and ideas, allowing us to bring our individual skills, talents, experience and attitudes together to enrich the team and the business as a whole.

Bandula always delivers above expectations. His work is of high quality, timely and thoughtful, and he is an admired leader who is selfless and flexible. Bandula manages to juggle many activities through good communication, sensible prioritisation and a strong work ethic.

This awards means a lot to me. In professional life, there can be ups and downs and winning this type of award reminds me that during times of challenge, hard work pays off and challenges can lead to positive outcomes.
