At Calibre, we know that diversity is key to attracting, retaining and developing the best talent.
It’s what fosters the robust and vibrant dialogue that leads our people to the innovative solutions we provide our clients.
Calibre’s Diversity Policy details our vision for diversity. While it encompasses a range of factors, including ethnicity, disability, age and educational experience, gender, in particular, has been identified as a key focus.
As a core element of its Corporate Social Responsibility framework, Calibre is committed to facilitating equal opportunity in the workplace. The primary focus of our Diversity Policy is to achieve, over a reasonable transition period, adequate representation of women in senior management positions and throughout Calibre’s workforce.
